Processing Time:

• I have a full-time job next to this so please allow me up to one week to process your order. I am giving my best to get to your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:​

• I only ship within Europe! Shipping costs within Switzerland are a flat rate of 5-. CHF, while a flat rate of 12.- CHF applies to outside of Switzerland. Customs and import duties may apply and vary by destination. Please note that I'm not responsible for custom fees that may be charged!

Delivery Times:

• Delivery times depend on the destination. Please note that factors such as customs clearance, local postal service, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• I will make sure to package your item as securely as possible! However I'm not responsible for any damaged or lost packages that happen during transit! 

Address Accuracy:

• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to prevent delays or misdeliveries.

Returns
